This policy explains what data Summertech Studio collects on summertechstudio.com, what we use it for, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- If you request a quote: your name, email, phone, your business if you share it, what you need, your approximate budget, and what you tell us about the project.
- If you pitch an idea in Start your business: your name, email, phone, city, and what you tell us about your idea and your plan.
- Where you came from: if you arrive from an ad, we keep its tracking tag and the referring page.
- Site usage: we count visits anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics, without tracking cookies.
- Your language: we use your approximate country (from your connection, never your exact location) to show the site in Spanish or English, and a cookie to remember your choice if you change it.
What we use it for
- To reply to you, prepare your proposal or evaluate your idea.
- To send you emails about your request, such as the confirmation.
- To understand which ads are working.
We don’t sell your data or send you third-party advertising.
What you tell us about your idea
We only use what you share in Start your business to evaluate the pitch, and we don’t share it with anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we use to run the site:
- Supabase: database.
- Vercel: hosting and anonymous analytics.
- Resend: email delivery.
These services store data on servers in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep it while your request is active. If it doesn’t move forward, we delete it within 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email summertechstudio@gmail.com and we will do it within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here.
