Quotes

• Requesting a quote is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
• Prices on the site are starting prices. The final price is the one in the proposal we send you.
• A project starts only when we both accept the proposal in writing.

Start your business

• Pitching an idea is free and creates no agreement or obligation for either side.
• We select ideas based on our own criteria and may accept or decline them.
• If we accept an idea, we sign a partnership agreement before we start. That agreement sets up the 50/50 company, what each side contributes, and what happens if either side wants to leave.
• We use your idea only to evaluate it, and we don’t share what you tell us. Many ideas are similar, so we can’t promise never to work on something like it.
• You agree to give us truthful information.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to send false information, impersonate others, send spam, or harm the service.

Content and brand

The Summertech Studio name, the site’s text and its design belong to Summertech Studio. Plancito, Apartaturno, Viandita, Contestia, Cursify, and Pulsia are our products.

Liability

We provide the site “as is.” We do our best to keep it working well, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available.
